    Woman

Woman is made up of three formidable world-class singers in their own right. Bring them together with their own inspired arrangements of typically male songs – and you have something truly special.

The band first came together to perform at the Savoy for a charity concert in aid of breast cancer. Their song, I’m a Woman, caused such a stir that the girls decided to record it as a single for the charity. They enlisted the help of Queen’s Brian May, who initially arranged and produced the track, which was recorded at Abbey Road. Brian then joined the girls as their special guest at the Albert Hall to perform the song.

Woman was created, and has since been performing at events such as the Isle of Wight Festival, ‘Walk the Walk’ in Hyde Park, and the Hard Rock Café, with a recent appearance on ITV’s Loose Women. Gloria Hunniford is a great supporter of the group, and Woman has performed at many Caron Keating foundation events and concerts.

The uniqueness of Woman lies in the awesome vocal power and talent of its three singers, Mazz, Gina and Emma. Each one amazing. Breathtaking together.

    Mazz Murray

Rock singer Mazz has been working for music legends Queen for the last nine years, starring in their award winning hit show We Will Rock You as their Killer Queen. She has also sung alongside Iron Maiden, and starred in many shows across the country such as Rent, Smokey Joes, Boogie Nights, and numerous concerts. She is featured on soundtracks, including Sweet Charity and Chicago.

    Gina Murray

Gina has starred in West End shows including Chicago, The Full Monty, Fame, Patsy Cline a musical tribute and in many other leading roles over the years. She has also worked extensively in recording studios and on TV and film as a singer and actress alongside stars including George Michael, Matthew Rhys, Tim Curry, Jason Donovan, Iain Glen and Martin Shaw.  Voice-overs have been a large part of her career involving work on numerous films, cartoons, in radio and on TV adverts.

    Emma Kershaw

Emma has built a career singing with artists such as Robbie Williams, George Michael, Annie Lennox, Celine Dion, Chaka Khan, the Bee Gees, and Kylie Minogue. She was trained on the violin and piano and occasionally plays the guitar with Woman. In the West End, Emma played leads in shows such as Les Miserables and Fame, and she is featured on many recordings and soundtracks including Lion King, Nine, Billy Elliot, Around the world in 80 days, Pirates of the Caribbean, Asterix, Robbie Williams’s Escapology, Jesus Christ Superstar, Saturday Night Fever and Evita.
